Agric Tech offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • ​You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. Immediately contact us if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted. Contact us if you have questions about specific items.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, first return the original item. After the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds and Inspection

Given the high value of agricultural products, refunds will only be offered after a thorough inspection.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, you will receive an automatic refund on your original payment method within 15 business days. Processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund may vary.
